About Bonnie

Hi! I’m Bonnie, an author/artist residing in warm and sunny Arizona, USA.

I believe that you, my fellow Etsians, should be able to realize your Etsy Dreams! So it’s my goal to provide you with access to the best marketing info available!

MY BACKGROUND
Because I’ve worked for a number of years in marketing for small businesses, I was able to follow those methods in starting up my first Etsy shop to sell my artistic creations. Even though I could only work part time at it,  I’ve been pleased with its success.  (StudioChamberlain.etsy.com)

IT FINALLY DAWNED ON ME…
But while in the Forums, I’d come across many of you with marketing questions, and find myself trying to help you out. Finally I realized I could help everyone by simply creating Selling Kits and other products containing these methods I’d been using professionally! The first is called Brilliant Etsy Selling Kit – How to Get Noticed and Get Sales using Whisperpower! (93pages altogether)
Having taught classes, I understand no one wants to hear dry facts—people want learning to be easy and fun! So you’ll find my lively, friendly style will intrigue you and keep you involved. Within each Selling Kit are numbered Action Sheets that you can fill out electronically or by hand, following a step-by-step approach. So easy!

All the best to you and your Etsy Shop!
Bonnie

  1. Kathleen, thank you for your kind words! I’m glad that my expressions helped buoy your spirits. Marketing is a skill just like crafting beautiful products is, and it takes time to “get all the ducks in a row.” Be patient.
Take care, and all the best to you!

  2. Dear Bonnie, Thank you so much for your response to my question, I really appreciate you taking the time out to look at my store. Thank you for the great compliment it really means alot coming from you. I have to say that I was completely frustrated, I have put so much care and love into everything and to not have much response back left me very much questioning myself. You have renewed my total feeling and given me great advice. I started studying your blog articles and already through one article”Easy Wording Examples”, I understood how to better market my items. and as to your direct advice, I changed the location of payments and returns right away. I will start working on my wording more each day till I get it all done. I can’t wait to get your book. Blessings to you for all that you do, Sincerely, Kathleen Pirro.

  3. Hi Kathleen!
    Thank you for commenting!
I sure can empathize–it is not easy to generate sales now that Etsy is so big and there is so much competition.
I went to your lovely shop, shirazandfrenchblue.etsy.com and you sure do have gorgeous and exotic items! You are very talented and deserve to have lots of sales!
If I might make a little suggestion: Put the info about payment and returns in your Shop Policies spot, not up front in the Announcement area. You want your customers to think positive, and get won over by the charm of your items, rather than immediately bringing up the subject of payment and returns. They are used to going to Shop Policies to learn that info if they want to know it. Everything said in the Announcement spot should be filled with enthusiasm for your wonderful products!
Thanks again for commenting, and hope to hear from you soon!
